I have always loved the honest companies diapers and was so excited to try more products I went and got my 4 month old some of the bath and body wash we used it one time yesterday and he broke out in a Pretty David K. Bernard The K Stands For Kool shirt horrible rash and his whole side of his face got swollen I am so disappointed in this product and hope no one else has to experience this my little guy was in screaming pain the pictures doesn’t even do it justice well I won’t be using any of these products again because they say there so gentle and safe but if that were the case my poor baby wouldn’t of had this reaction I used the ultra calming shampoo conditioner states it’s naturual and hypoallergenic and tear free clearly not. I’m not sure what’s going on with this company I used to order all the time as I ship close to my grandkids out of state well since july i’ve tried to place an order three times first order got delivered to wrong address took 3 weeks for children’s place to finally say they refund the money that the package was obviously lost so couple weeks later turn around place an order again to replace the item set we’re ordered in the first place somehow the order was put through 5 times by the shipping department and then canceled causing a huge hold on my children’s place credit card this was a week and a half ago the money still hasn’t been released and I spent two hours today arguing between the children’s place credit card company and online about who releases this hold so I can order these items before double cash expires today and my children’s place cash but still no answers just ready to use up what children’s place cash I have and be done and customer service for the children’s place is awful never any help. Be aware if you stop selling avon and you are owed from avon make sure they cancel your account it took me 3 calls to them to ensure it was done then you have to wait 30 more days for god knows what now it takes 3 weeks for my refund i’m beyond disgusted with this company especially since I just saw this disgusting never will I buy another of their products
