So i’m excited about that I really am to even have the opportunity to say oh this is what I like to run this is what I know i’ll get open on and stuff like thatbut you know at the end of the day i’m just excited to come in and get to work and contribute to winning. And I don’t know how demori smith is gonna survive this I really don’t because brad you’ve talked at length on the program since we started that the over the course of the last two decades the nba has gone from a league where the players had almost no power right to now having complete and total power in their hands took us a while the nfl is the predominant sport in the united statesso why is it their players have the least amount of power amongst all of the professional sports their contracts aren’t guaranteed and when one of them is guaranteed somehow the media takes sides with the nfl and says this is ridiculous how could he possibly get all that money drill down on that let me answer that one question right there here’s the problem right the problem the problem is the nba used to be when I first broke into the nba the nba was like this jay they had all the power I remember they had some players I played with and they would be at the end of their contract. And you thought i’d say that one more time i’m sorry is there one guilty pleasure that that you want to uh reward yourself with now that the contract is done no I don’t think so i’m I don’t plan on spending any any contract money i’m just going to live off the marketing money and let that accrue in my bank account kind of like shaqyeah there you go given the limitations of this whole off season what what was the most creative or unusual thing that you did to get ready for this um you know we had the zoom walkthroughs where you know I would call out the play and call out the cadence and then you know coach taylor would would ask everybody what their job was so I was very creative but other than that it was it was a normal off season it was you know working with with my trainer throwing with you know some of my buddies from home and just getting after it did those sessions draw a crowd and happens were you able to keep those quiet or we kept it quiet as much as we could they definitely found out about it everyone every now and again how bengal’s crazy is athens now after all this happened and what was it like before was it steeler territory or what was it it was it was definitely steeler territory.
